Bite of Health Nutrition is excited to announce that it is now offering in home cooking classes to help you find joy around preparing and cooking healthy meals for you and your family. We all know cooking is a great way to get us eating healthier but without the right skills in place cooking and be stressful. Let me help you take the stress out of cooking by providing you with the necessary skills, practice and reproducible recipes you need to make cooking fun and easy! Cooking classes are also great for kids as it allows them to practice new skills and inspires them to try new foods.
Cooking classes and cooking demonstrations are available for adults, kids and families in and around the Boston and Metrowest, MA area. Personal and family cooking classes are available as well as group events for a girl’s night, dinner party or kids birthday party. Classes are typically 1 to 2 hours in duration depending on number of recipes chosen and can be individualized based on your needs and interest.
